School has ended, kids have become bored…already, and parents are counting down days until the start of school. Vacations have come and gone, even though laundry remains and pictures haven’t been downloaded. The second or third trip to the beach is on the horizon as Spring comes to a close. Astronomically speaking, however, Summer doesn’t officially arrive until next week (June 21).
Before the longest day of the year dawns, look around your home and tend to these projects.
Tend to your deck, porch, patio, grill, and outdoor furniture.
Change the inside filter and rinse off those outdoor condenser coils.
Move everything out, declutter, and return items to appropriate storage spaces.
Remove those weeds growing in your gutters, inspect for leaks, and seal the gutters for better and proper drainage.
Knock out these projects before Summer arrives and you’ll be ready to enjoy the remainder of the hot days with a sprinkler in the backyard or an iced tea in your hand.
